Package Loss and Fraud

Discount Contacts monitors package loss and credit card fraud rates for different regions on an ongoing basis. On occasion, we find it necessary to require additional information prior to shipping an order and in some cases, may decline to ship an order altogether. Discount Contacts reserves the right to decline to ship any order to any region at its sole discretion.

Discount Contacts offers easy returns.

  • All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.
  • Unopened boxes will receive credit in full.

Return Procedure

Contact Customer Care by calling 800-822-9864 and provide your name, order number, the reason for the return.

Defective Products

In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis.

  • Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, either a refund for the defective lens or a replacement lens will be issued at no cost.

If you need to return Johnson & Johnson contact lenses:

  1. If you believe the Johnson & Johnson lenses you've received are defective, please contact Johnson & Johnson Customer Relations at 800-843-2020 Mon-Fri, 10AM-5PM EST (If outside business hours leave a detailed message and a Johnson & Johnson Customer Relations Specialist will contact you).
  2. Explain the defect to Johnson & Johnson and they will provide you a reference number acknowledging your complaint.
  3. Call Discount Contacts at 800-822-9864 and supply the complaint reference number you were provided by Johnson & Johnson.
  4. Discount Contacts will provide you with either a refund for the defective lens or a replacement for the defective lenses in your order.
